Return Policy
Ensuring your satisfaction with Bakershoes products is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a free return and refund within 30 days. Returns require that the item be in its original packaging, unused, and not customized. If you purchased your product from an authorized retailer, please contact them for their specific return policy details.
To qualify for a free return, the following conditions must be met:
All returns must be related to items purchased on bakershoes.shop. Items purchased outside of bakershoes.shop are not eligible for returns.
To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase. Upon approval, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
These items cannot be customized.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may increase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If you used multiple payment methods, your refund will be split across all payment methods. Custom products are not returnable.
For exchanges, please return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item at bakershoes.shop.
Please note that bakershoes.shop does not offer price matching with resellers or competitors.
This policy does not apply to promotional items discounted over 25%. All items discounted over 25% are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
If you receive free shipping on orders over $70 but decide to return an order under $70, a $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know your return has been received. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If the product is damaged and the damage is not covered by our warranty, you will not be eligible for a refund. If a refund is denied, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and can choose to pay for the return shipping themselves or not receive a refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time for your refund to be credited.

Return Shipping
Bakershoes offers free return labels within the contiguous United States. Laek is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit, or for delays caused by third-party carriers, postal services, freight forwarders, etc.
The following are recommended shipping guidelines for return items:
1. To ensure the safety of the returned product during shipment, please package it securely. You can use the original packaging or your own packaging. Please ensure that the previous tracking number is not visible.
2. Securely attach the return label to the package to keep it secure.
3. Ship the return item using the provided shipping label. We recommend that you keep a copy of the shipping receipt for your records.
If you choose to use your own shipping service, please include the original order information in the box. We recommend that you choose a tracking service and keep the tracking number for your records. Please note that any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will not cover return shipping costs if you use your own shipping service.
